Tyrone D. Grayson is a seasoned hospitality leader, consultant, and faith-driven steward with over two decades of hands-on experience in restaurant operations, leadership development, and team building. His career spans roles as General Manager, Area Manager and senior operator for nationally recognized brands including Subway, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Burger King and Checkers, where he led high-volume locations, developed management teams, and stabilized underperforming operations.

As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Cornerstone Hospitality and Consultant Group, Tyrone specializes in helping hospitality businesses diagnose operational challenges, build structured systems, develop principled leaders, and implement values-aligned hiring practices that reduce turnover and protect profitability.

Grounded in biblical principles and real-world execution, Tyrone’s approach blends faith, discipline, and operational excellence. He believes hospitality is a calling rooted in service, accountability, and stewardship—and that strong leadership and structure are essential for sustainable growth.

In addition to his consulting work, Tyrone is the owner of multiple ventures, including Cornerstone Recruiting Agency, Everything Waffelz, and serves as a ministry leader through By His Blood Ministries and Foundation. His mission is to help leaders build businesses that honor God, serve people well, and stand strong for generations.
